Welcome to eGames - The Pinnacle of Competitive Gaming

Launched as part of the London Games Festival on April 6th 2016, the eGames is an international gaming tournament where national pride is the prize.

Supported by the UK Government, this not for profit initiative has been established to positively shape the future of competitive eSports.

In line with other international sporting competitions, the eGames will be a medal only competition without prize money. Participants will compete for the pride of their nation with gold, silver and bronze medals awarded for first, second and third place respectively.

To launch eGames, a two-day showcase took place on the 15th and 16th of August in Rio de Janeiro, with the aim of promoting competitive video gaming to the non-gamer population.

Plans for the eGames 2018 are underway with discussions with South Korea and Japan - more details will be announced in March 2017.
